The first thing that comes to mind was the opportunity to work on real apps and websites. It was an awesome experience getting to apply the things I learned in school and in CTFs to real software as an intern. Another aspect I really appreciated was getting to meet and work with so many amazing engineers at SI. I always felt encouraged to ask them questions, and I learned so much from them when I did.

Sasha T.

I really enjoyed the flexibility of SI’s intern program, as well as the supportive environment! There was always a full-time engineer to ask questions to and learn from, but it wasn’t a stressful environment in terms of the day-to-day routine. I felt that I gained a lot from both a technical perspective and a client interaction perspective and that the skills I gained at SI are extremely valuable to my future endeavors in cybersecurity.

Dhruv A.

The internship program at Security Innovation is absolutely top-notch. First of all, SI has incredibly talented engineers that you can learn from. I still remember some of the engrossing conversations I had with full-time employees about a whole range of topics: web applications, reverse-engineering, smart contracts, and more.

Daniel P.

Overall 10/10 recommendation, fun and useful in the sense that it taught me a lot about the professional work of cybersecurity, which was something I didn’t have exposure to prior.

Kalilou A.

I had a great experience being an intern at Security Innovation. You get to work with other engineers and interns on real penetration testing projects where you often find really cool vulnerabilities. I learned a lot and had a total blast!
